She is a retired educator, former principal, ISBE-approved professional development provider, certified parent coach, and author, but people know her most for one thing: she makes hard things make sense, and then helps you move.

She founded Genuine Partnership to Success (GPS) with a simple, driving belief: to know better is to do better. GPS exists to turn insight into action—equipping the adults who shape children’s lives with clear strategies, practical tools, and honest support so they can shift how classrooms feel, how homes function, and how young people see themselves.
