Michelle Johnson is the Chief Executive Officer of Genuine Partnership to Success (GPS). She is a certified National & International speaker for Center for
Teacher Effectiveness, an Educational Consultant, Licensed Minister, and Author with proven effectiveness in program design & professional development. She has served for over twenty-seven years as an Educator and Administrator. Her overall tenure has produced several honors including: Who's Who Among America's Teachers, Spectacular Teacher of the Year, and Global Leadership Award from ICHANGE Nations. She is a member of the Illinois Principal Association and the National Association of Elementary School Principals.
Dr. Reginaldo F. Johnson is the President of Genuine Partnership to Success (GPS) and a native of Panama Republic of Panama. His role as President is to oversee the operation of Genuine Partnership to Success.
Dr. Leroy Coleman is Vice President of Genuine Partnership to Success (GPS). He has served in the United States school system for thirty-one years. He has also developed, implemented and evaluated programs within various school districts at the primary and secondary levels.
CHIEF INFORMATION OFFICER
Demond Cottrill is the CIO of Genuine Partnership to Success (GPS). His role is to set technical direction and provide technology solutions that support the organization. Demond is a former software developer and tester. He spent eighteen years in the wireless telecommunications industry creating, testing, and demonstrating wireless software solutions for one of the nations’ largest wireless service providers.
Earl Coleman a tax attorney specializing in complex business transactions, including mergers and acquisitions and divestitures. As a part of GPS, he advises on methods and strategies to effectively implement the vision of the organization through the utilization of its resources. Earl received his JD from the University of Illinois College of Law and his LL.M in Taxation from the Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law.
Meagan Turner Coleman is an attorney specializing in business legal solutions for startups and small businesses. As part of GPS, she provides counsel on a variety of legal and strategic matters. Meagan is a graduate of the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign where she received both her JD and MBA.
DIVERSE LEARNER ADVISOR
Nikita Coleman is serving as the Diverse Learner’s Advisor for Genuine Partnership to Success. Her roleis to assist and structure professional development trainings nationally. She has served all of her career providing education for students in diverse socio-economic backgrounds. Nikita has earned her Bachelor’s degree and first Master’s degree from Chicago State University. She also attended Concordia University to earn her second Master’s degree. Nikita holds certifications in the following areas: Special Education (LBS1), Education Administration (Type 75 K-12), English Language Learners (ELL) and English endorsements (K-12).
Novel Guilbeau is an Entrepreneur and business owner with several years of experience in corporate management, marketing, and consulting in the retail industry. Her role within GPS is to provide advice and professional development for the wellness and growth of the organization. She specializes in consumer planning & research, and designing business models.
Krisha Rogers is the Board Secretary of Genuine Partnership to Success, Inc. (GPS). She is bi-lingual and an educator for thirty-one years. She has taught both English and Spanish, served as Dean of Students and Language Department Chairperson at the High School level in the United
INTERNATIONAL BUSINESS ADVISOR
Dr. Melida A. Harris-Barrow serves on the advisory board for Genuine Partnership to Success, Inc. She is a well renowned distinguish leader among Heads of States, Clergy, and Dignitaries. She is multi-lingual and founder of the Panama World Trade and Investment Foundation (PWTIF). Her leadership work with youth and young adults has awarded her global recognition from around the world such as Trinidad, Tobago, Ethiopia, Africa, India, and Panama.
SENIOR BUSINESS ADVISOR
Dr. James Coleman serves as the Senior Advisor of Genuine Partnership to Success. He is the former Chairman of the Board of Hearts and Homes for Youth, which provides housing for more than one hundred disadvantaged youth. He also served as Associate Dean, Office of Residence Life, and Student Affairs at Howard University for 32 years. Additionally, he served as President and on the Executive Board of the National Association of Student Affairs Professionals (NASAP) and received the Sadie M. Yancey Award in the field of Student Affairs work in higher education. Dr. Coleman was recently awarded the 2023 distinguished and highly coveted "The President Joseph R. Biden President’s Lifetime Achievement Award”.
